Peel the onion and garlic and chop them finely. Rip the broccoli into florets, then trim the hard part. Cut the cheese into cubes.

Treat the bottom of a pot with a little olive oil. Put 1/3 of the broccoli, the pitted olives, raisins, cheese, onion and garlic, and 4 fillets of fish in.

Thus distribute the products into 3 layers. Put a plate on top to press down, cover it with a lid and sauté the dish over low heat for 1 hour.

After half an hour, when some of the liquid has evaporated, pour in the wine. Leave the dish to cool, and serve it with boiled macaroni.
