How to cook
Portion the chicken and rub it well with salt and pepper. In hot oil, fry the chicken evenly on all sides. Lastly, add the finely crushed garlic and a little soya sauce.
Arrange the fried chicken in a tray. On each piece, put a thick and large piece of cheese. Make a sauce from the curry, paprika and a little soya sauce, then smear it on the cheese.
Pour in 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water in the tray and put it to bake up to a delicious tan.
