Prepare a dough out of the eggs, (set aside 1 egg white for later), 1 cup of sugar and the flour. Bake in a greased baking dish. Make a syrup from the remaining sugar, water and cocoa. Once it comes to a boil, add the butter.
Poke holes in the baked cake with a fork in several places to allow the cake to absorb the syrup well. Pour the warm syrup over it. Beat the separated egg white to snow and decorate the cake with it or sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
Optionally, you can decorate it with seasonal fruits.
