Peel and clean the potatoes. Cut them into slices. Blanch them for a few minutes in boiling water with a little salt and drain them. Cut the chicken into pieces. Heat a little oil in a pan on the stove and braise the meat. Once it changes color, sprinkle it with some spices.
Finally, beat the cream with about 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water and pour it over the top. Shake the oven dish and put it to bake in moderately heated oven until the potatoes and meat are completely ready.
Whisk the products for the topping together and pour them over the baked dish. Return to the oven to bake until the topping sets and catches a nice tan.
