Salt the pangasius fillets and sprinkle them with black pepper. In a suitable container, soak them for 30 minutes in lemon juice, soya sauce, olive oil and mix them with your hands along with some chopped dill.
If you like, you can add chopped garlic to taste. Preheat the frying oil and sprinkle it with 2 pinches of salt. Roll each fillet in flour thoroughly and fry it evenly on both sides.
Drain the fried fish on a cooking grid, with a paper towel underneath.
