  • flour - 1 cup (250 g)
  • yeast - 1/2 packet of dry
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml) warm
  • oil - 5 tablespoons
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 1, to spread
  • seeds - sesame or others


Sift the flour and mix it with the yeast. Gradually add the other products, and knead a dough, which should not be sticky. Let it rise in a warm place. Then divide it into 4 parts, roll out each into a thin crust. Brush the sheets with melted butter.

The filling for the mini scones is entirely up to you - feta cheese, jam, chopped sausage, etc. Cut each sheet into slices, like square cake slices. Put filling at the base of the squares and roll them up into scones. Arrange the mini scones in a tray with baking paper and leave them to rise for another half an hour.
