How to cook
Peel an onion and cut it into strips or rings. Peel the garlic and finely chop it.
Season the meat that you're using well with salt, black pepper and paprika. Cover it with the onions and garlic and sprinkle the butter over it.
Put enough butter to cover the meat completely.
Then add the soy sauce, sesame seeds and honey, place into a bowl with a lid for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
As an option, I have add sesame seeds, honey, chili powder or Tabasco depending on the mood.
Of course, you can fry the meat in a pan instead of grilling it.
