How to cook
Add the salt, olive oil and baking powder.
Pour the water (it is best if it's lukewarm), stir and knead a soft dough.
Cover the dough and leave it for about an hour to rest.
Divide the dough into 6 balls.
Roll out each dough ball into a flatbread.
Bake the flatbreads on a griddle pan or on a grill plate.
