How to cook
Put the potatoes to boil and just before they are ready, remove them from the heated hob.
Peel and dice the potatoes (the size is your choice), add butter in the pan and add the potatoes.
The goal is for them to form a brown crispy crust. Grab the piece of ginger and grate it.
Add the mint leaves, ginger and spices to the potatoes. Finally, serve the sauteed potatoes and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
