How to cook
Cut the pork into pieces, season it with salt and fry it in preheated oil. When semi-cooked, add the chopped onion, carrots, top it up with a cup of hot water and sauté it until soft. Meanwhile, peel and cut the potatoes. Put them in the pot with the roundly sliced pickles.
Add the fried meat with the vegetables, throw in the bay leaves, black pepper. Dilute the flour with the paprika in the tomato paste or grated tomatoes and pour it over the pork and potatoes. Fill with the broth of the pork and onions, salt to taste, then mix.
Put the lid on and put it to bake for about half an hour in a moderate oven. Finally, remove the lid and bake it until it gets a nice tan.
