Boil the milk, add the sugar, butter and salt. Leave it to cool a little and add the yeast to dissolve. Place the mixture in a bowl and beat with a mixer as you add the flour.
Stir until the dough starts to come off the walls, knead some more, cover it with foil and allow it to rise for 2 hours. Then knead it again and let it rise for 2 hours once again. This dough can be used for pizza, mekitsi or calzones.
