How to cook
Wash the potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Then wrap them in thin aluminum foil and put them to bake at 392°F (200 °C). They will be ready in about an hour. After an hour, take a potato out from the oven and pierce it with a knife. If it is soft on the inside, it's ready.
Now prepare the filling. Cut the ham into cubes and chop the onion finely. Then add them to the bowl with the cream and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove the foil from the potatoes, cut them in a cross pattern and gently squeeze them to make room for the stuffing.
Fill the potatoes and serve them while warm.
