How to cook
Warm the milk well and pour it over the crumbs of bread. Mix 6 eggs and add the finely chopped spinach. Blend the egg mixture with the bread one. Season everything to taste and pour it into a greased or oiled tray.
Put it to bake. Spread feta cheese bits on top of it all. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for about 35 minutes. During the last 15 minutes, pour the topping over the dish, made from 4 eggs, the flour, milk and starch. Once it catches a crust, the dish is ready.
Serve sprinkled with cheese and yoghurt.
