  • compote - 1 jar of yellow fruits
  • sugar - 2 - 3 tablespoons
  • starch - 1 full tsp
  • bananas - 2
  • sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • water - 1 tablespoon
  • chocolate - dark, for sprinkling

Select a compote of pears, peaches or apples. Set aside 1/2 cup compote juice and blend everything else into a smooth mixture. Put it to boil with 2-3 tablespoons of sugar. Dissolve the starch in the separated compote juice and add it carefully to the blended mixture while stirring constantly.

Simmer the dessert until it thickens and pour it into rinsed with cold water bowls. Put it to solidify. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar in a pan and pour 1-2 tablespoons of water in.

Without stirring, let it caramelize on high heat, and at the end - just shuffle the pan. Add chopped bananas and caramelize them.

Put the solidified dessert in a dish and serve it with caramelized bananas and a little grated chocolate.find similar recipes here
