Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt and stir it in a large bowl with the sugar, flour, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon. Put 1/2 of the homogeneous mixture in a lightly greased baking dish or cake form and put it to bake on high temperature.
Remove it and on the baked part, put Turkish delight pieces and raisins. Beat the rest of the Turkish delight and raisins with the other mixture and pour it into the cake form. Put it back to bake until tender, but on lower heat and with only the upper element on.
You can sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar, or cover with a chocolate glaze.
