How to cook
Peel the zucchini, cut them into slices along their lengths and bake them briefly in a pan on the grill, just enough to soften. Mix the crumbled feta cheese and 2 eggs. Distribute this mixture over the zucchini and carefully place 1 zucchini slice over them, so as to get a sandwich.
Roll them in flour, beaten eggs, flour and eggs again and fry them in preheated oil from both sides. Drain the ready zucchini on a grill, or paper towel.
Serve them with a sauce made from the beaten together yoghurt, mayonnaise, chopped garlic and diced dill.
