How to cook
Finely chop the spring garlic and place it in a pan with the butter and oil.
Stew it very briefly, crack the eggs, but do not mix them immediately, so that they do not break into small pieces, but remain in larger pieces (if you like cheese, add).
Stir with a wooden spatula and turn off the stove when ready.
Heat a little red pepper in oil, and after allowing it to cool carefully, sprinkle the prepared served garlic eggs with it. Sprinkle with parsley.
