How to cook
Wash, peel and grate (on a large grater) the carrots, then stew them in a pan, together with the butter, for about 10-15 minutes. Add the chopped parsley, salt and turmeric. Stir.
Finally, add the eggs and yellow cheese (cut into small cubes). Stir for 2-3 minutes with a wooden spoon and remove from the heat.
