How to cook
Cut the chicken fillet into chunks.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Put the chicken fillet in the mixture and mix it well.
Cover with a lid or cling film and leave it to absorb the flavors for about 15 minutes.
Then add the flour to the chicken pieces and mix until a thick mixture is obtained.
The chicken pieces are fried in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
Allow them cool slightly and place them on kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.
During this time, prepare the sauce. Put the water, honey, ketchup, squeezed lemon juice and sesame oil in the pan.
The mixture is stirred over low heat for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
The chicken bites are sprinkled with sesame seeds and drizzled with the warm sauce.
The chicken bites with honey and sesame seeds are served warm.
