How to cook
Cut the meat into large pieces and fry it in the fat.
Chop the sauerkraut and after frying the ribs, add the paprika, cabbage and pour the water over them.
Simmer over low heat, try it after about an hour and if it is semi-cooked, add the washed rice.
Bake the pork ribs with sauerkraut and rice until it's fully cooked and you can add a dry hot pepper while the food is baking.
