How to cook
Wash and dry the pork ribs. Seal them in a pan with a little oil.
Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Place them in the pan that you will use for baking. Pour 1 tbsp. oil and stir.
Cut the onion. Put it next to the potatoes. Crush the chicken broth.
Place the ribs on top. Pour the water and wine. Add the salt and spices.
Wrap the baking pan in aluminum foil and bake for 1-1.5 hours at 200 ° C.
After that remove the foil and place it back in the oven until they aquire a nice golden color.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
