How to cook
Clean the chicken wings.
Bring 2 liters of water to a boil on the stove, then add the wings. Let them simmer on low heat for 4-5 minutes.
Then drain them and leave to cool.
In a pan, briefly roast the spice seeds. When they are ready, we put them in a mortar and crush them.
In a bowl, mix the ground spices with the lemon zest and juice. Add to them the olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well and add the wings, rolling them on all sides.
Arrange the prepared chicken wings with spices in a pan and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
