How to cook
The pepper is cut in bulk, the onion - into fours, the carrot is grated on the wide side of a grater, the mushrooms are cut into slices along with their stumps, the celery is cut into 1 cm pieces, the garlic cloves are crushed and finely chopped.
Place the duck fillets in a pressure cooker along with the onion, pepper, black peppercorns and bay leaves. Pour 5 cups of salted water and leave them to simmer for 30 minutes.
The meat is then cut and the broth is filtered.
The carrots and mushrooms are steamed in the fat. Add the rice, celery, garlic, ground pepper and marjoram.
Pour 2 cups from the broth. Everything along with the meat and another 2 cups of the broth is placed in a baking pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 360°F (180 °C).
