Take each chicken breast and season it to taste with salt and ground black pepper. Heat the butter with a little oil and fry the meat evenly on all sides. Put the chicken into a plate. Add a little oil to the same pan you just used and fry the chopped shallots.

Add the flour and mix, pour in the wine, cream and blue cheese. Stir once again and flavour it with spices. Cut the chicken breasts into 2-3 pieces. Add them to the dish on the heat and gently stir.

Remove the chicken fillets with white sauce from the heat and mix them with chopped dill.
