How to cook
Beat the eggs, add the sugar, flour and cream and beat until you get a uniform mixture. Put the cream to thicken in a water bath and stir it.
Optionally, add vanilla to flavor. Leave the ready cream to cool and mix it with the pre-beaten butter. Beat with a mixer and mix this with the pre-dissolved and melted gelatin. Pour this into small bowls and leave it in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.
Serve the cream flipped over onto a saucer with fruits of your choice.
