How to cook
Peel the potatoes and cook them in a pot filled with salted water. Cook the peppers on a hot stove or in the oven and peel them.
Chop the potatoes into medium-sized pieces. Cut the roasted peppers and onions.
Several canned pickles are cut into semicircles, the olives are cut in half. Finely chop the parsley.
Mix everything well and season the potato salad with salad olive oil and half a squeezed lemon. Add as much salt as you like.
