Ingredients

  • field mushrooms - 4 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 large clove
  • dill - about 2 stalks
  • butter - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to cook

The field mushrooms are sliced. Finely chop the garlic.

Melt the butter in a pan on the stove and fry the garlic.

Add the mushrooms and fry them lightly.

Add as much salt and black pepper as you like and leave them with the lid closed to simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Add the finely chopped dill and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Then remove the lid and leave them for another 2-3 minutes, so the water evaporates.

It is usually used as a side dish, but if there is more than enough, it can also be used as a main dish.
