How to cook
Boil the pasta and strain it. Chop the broccoli into small pieces and blanch them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
Saute the chopped garlic in olive oil. Add the broccoli and sauté it briefly.
Add the pasta, walnuts and crescent onions.
Remove it from the heat and season it with as much salt and black pepper as you like. Optionally, you can garnish it with cherry tomatoes.
