How to cook
Peel the bananas and place them in a freezer bag.
Peel a peach and cut it into pieces and wash the grapes.
Put both the peach and the grapes in the bag with the bananas and then put them in the freezer.
Leave them in there for 2 hours.
Use a blender or food processor, put the frozen fruit into the blender and blend them.
Blend and the low-calorie homemade fruit ice cream is ready.
You can consume it this way, or you can leave it in the freezer for a while and then serve the fruit ice cream.
