How to cook
In a dish, mix the garlic, lemon juice, honey, soya sauce, oil, brandy and ginger. Stir the marinade, then place the chicken wings in it and rub them well. Leave for a few hours in the refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Dry the marinated wings well and fry them in preheated oil. After 1 minute, flip them over. The marinade is separately stewed under a lid for 8-10 minutes. Place the wings in the marinade.
Once the wings are done, sprinkle them with sesame seeds.
