How to cook
Boil the pasta in salted water.
Fry the garlic in a little fat. Add the mussels and white wine. Mix the tomato paste with a little water and add it to the mussels.
Add the olives and pesto. Let them simmer until the sauce thickens. Season according to your taste.
Strain the spaghetti from the water and add them to the sauce. Leave them for another 2-3 minutes on the stove and take them off.
When serving, serve the pasta, sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
