How to cook
Cut the bottom of the asparagus. Wash and dry them. Melt the butter in a pan along with the oil.
Put the asparagus in it. Fry them briefly, while stirring occasionally. Close the pan with a lid, reduce the heat and let them simmer for five minutes.
Be careful not to burn them. Asparagus doesn't need much time to cook. It is enough to slightly change their color and make them crunchy.
Remove and serve the stewed asparagus in butter immediately in a suitable dish.
