Ingredients

  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • corn starch - 1 packet
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g) for the dough
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • yoghurt - 1 cup (250 g)
  • eggs - 4
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • for the cream
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • vanilla - 1
  • butter - 1 whole packet

Preparation

Combine all the products for the dough together. Cut the prepared dough-like mixture into thin strips, and wind them into small cones.

Bake to a maximum of 572°F (300 °C), then fill them with cream prepared from 4 1/5 cups (1 liter) of milk, 3 eggs, 1 vanilla and 1 packet of butter. To get a dark cream, you can put a little cocoa powder.
