How to cook
Cut the chicken into pieces and sauté them in the oil and a little water with the chopped onion and cleaned and sliced mushrooms. Add paprika, wine, and put the lid on tightly.
Simmer over low heat until the chicken is soft. Finally, season it with butter. Serve the chicken stew with mushrooms and garnish with cooked and seasoned rice and slices of lemon.
It can be seasoned with your favorite spices. Enjoy your meal!
