How to cook
Put the almonds in a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 7-8 minutes.
Take them out from the oven and leave them to cool for 5 minutes.
Put the warm almonds in a blender and start blending them.
Scrape the walls of the blender to get a nice and smooth almond tahini.
Blend until the tahini is more liquid like.
Store it in a tightly closed jar.
