How to cook
Clean the chicken and cut in into 4 large pieces. Sear it in olive oil and add the white wine and crushed garlic.
Peel and dice the tomatoes. Pour them into the pot. Pit the olives and add them too. Sprinkle with dried basil. Season with salt and black pepper.
Cover the pot with a lid and simmer for around 30 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked.
