How to cook
Add salt to the meat and fry it in a little fat until it turns golden brown. Transfer it to a plate.
Put the cream, cheese, mushrooms, black pepper and 150 ml of water in the same fat.
Stir until you get a smooth mixture.
Pour it into a baking pan and arrange the meat in it.
Cover it with foil and bake it in a preheated oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 40 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle with the mozzarella and leave it bake.
