Rub the pork with salt and put it in a pot, then top it with sliced mushrooms, carrots, onions, tomatoes and coarsely cut potatoes.

Top everything with 1 1/2 tea cup of beer or wine, salt it, add savory to taste and pour on the whipped cream. Cover the casserole and bake in a very hot oven for about 2 1/2 hours.
