Ingredients

  • sheep's milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • feta cheese - 2 oz (50 g)
  • butter - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Boil the milk in a water bath at a very low heat until only half of it remains. Stir constantly and be careful not to burn it.

When the milk has cooled, add salt to taste, add the crumbled feta cheese and melted butter. Put it in a jar and store in a cool area.
