How to cook
Dissolve the corn flour in cold water. Put the water, sugar and orange juice to come to a boil. Add the flour to them and simmer for 15 minutes.
During this time, stir often. Once you remove the mixture from the heat, add the rose water or lemon juice. Add in the nuts, stir and pour the prepared mixture into a buttered mold.
Allow it to cool completely and cut the Turkish delight into bites with a knife dipped in boiling water. Roll each piece of Turkish delight in powdered sugar.
