How to cook
Grind the oatmeal in a blender into bulky pieces, it should not turn into flour.
Mix them with the sugar, vanilla sugar and coconut shavings.
Beat the egg whites lightly, mix them with the oil and pour them over the dry mixture.
Mix them well with a spoon and if the mixture is too thick you can add another 1/2 or a whole egg white.
Cover the bottom of a baking tray with baking paper and place one not fully full spoon of the mixture and shape it with your fingers, flattening it like a 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick round biscuit.
You will get two trays from the standard ones in each oven.
Bake at 347°F (175 degrees) in a preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
Wait for the biscuits to cool before eating them.
