Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • butter - 0.7 oz (20 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt - 1/2 tsp.

How to cook

Clean the mushrooms with a brush and remove their stumps.

Cut them into large pieces and place them in a Teflon pan with the oil.

Fry them and make sure to stir them until the water released by the mushrooms evaporates and then add the butter.

Season them with salt and black pepper.

Serve them with a garnish of your choice.
