How to cook
Wash the rice and drain it. Chop the onion and sauté it in oil until soft, add the cleaned and sliced mushrooms.
Once they soften as well, add the chopped peppers and small broccoli florets. Add 1 teaspoon tomato paste, and after a bit, add the rice. Fry it as well and flavour it with spices, then transfer the meat into a buttered tray.
Pour in 4 cups of hot water and put it to bake until the rice absorbs the liquid.
