How to cook
Clean the chicken and rub it inside and out with salt and paprika. Open a beer bottle and stick the chicken on it, starting from the bottom through to its throat and put it upright in a tray in the oven.
In the bottle neck of the beer, place the herb sprigs, pour in some oil in the tray. Put the chicken in a medium non- preheated oven and bake until the beer boils over.
