Beat the eggs with sugar until whitened, add the lard, yoghurt with baking soda extinguished in it. Add the flavors and start adding flour.
Knead a soft dough. Tear pieces from it about the size of a walnut and make oval shapes. Arrange them on a tray, covered with baking paper and gently flatten them.
Smear the cookies with lard with a whisked egg and sprinkle them with a little granulated sugar. Put them to bake in a preheated oven.
