How to cook
Preheat the oven to 320°F (160 °C). Prepare 8 large paper cups. Wash the lemon and orange, grate the lemon peel, peel the orange and cut them into small pieces. Beat the eggs, milk, lemon and orange pieces in a small bowl. In a separate container, pour in the flour and sugar until they turn to crumbs.
Add the milk and eggs to the container with flour and sugar. Mix well. Distribute the mixture into muffin forms. Bake the muffins for about 30 minutes until they swell and become golden in color.
Insert a toothpick in the middle of a muffin and if there is no sticky dough, the muffins are ready. Put them to cool on a board or plate.
