Cream of Potato Soup with Feta Cheese
- potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
- carrots - 1 small
- milk - 1 cup
- butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
- black pepper
- feta cheese
- broth - 1 cube
- croutons - 1 packet
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them into cubes. Boil them in water seasoned with the broth cube. Once boiled, remove them from the heat and drain them.
Mash them and dilute with the water in which they were boiled and the milk. Add black pepper and butter, and salt if needed.
Add the feta cheese, crumbled into small pieces and croutons, if desired.
