How to cook
In a bowl sift the flour and add the yeast, salt, sugar and stir.
Add the beaten with a fork egg, oil and warm water and knead a very soft and non-stick dough.
Cover the dough and set it aside for 30 minutes to rest.
Then form 8 buns out of it and arrange them in a tray lined with baking paper.
Spread the beaten egg yolk and 1 tsp. oil over the buns, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and place them in the oven to bake.
Turn the oven on to 356°F (180 degrees) and bake the buns until they aquire a beautiful golden color.
While the delicious and soft breakfast buns are in the oven, they rise and bake evenly.
