How to cook
Peel the citrus and try to remove as much of the white part of the skin as possible.
Cut the peeled oranges into thin slices or experiment by making part of the circles in halves and folding them like hats with a sharp tip.
Drizzle with honey and let the carpaccio soak well for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and serve this easy and delicious orange carpaccio.
