How to cook
Cut the melon into thin pieces. Leave for a short time in the freezer to cool.
Remove and arrange on a plate. You can cut the Jamon into small pieces and sprinkle the melon on top or make a rose (as in my case).
Sprinkle with vinegar and serve.
The combination of Jamon and melon is very good and served in this way it cannot fail to impress your guests.
